Elfen Lied OVA v2...

...is out. I decided to scrap the XviD release because the file ended up ~40MB larger than the h264 v2 with poorer video quality despite using similar settings. For those that already downloaded v1, it's up to you whether you want to get v2 or not, but I'm going to stop seeding v1 since it's the inferior version. Anyway, here's the stuff I fixed in v2:
-Resolution is now proper for the 16:9 aspect ratio
-Subtitles now include the fonts I used
-Video re-encoded to the proper frame rates to hopefully reduce/eliminate the stutter problem some people were having with the original release
